Biography

One of the top recruiting minds in the state of Texas, Khenon Hall is in his second year as Baylor's associate head coach/running backs coach in 2025. In his first year in Waco, Hall had a drastic impact on the transformation of Baylor's offense into one of the nation's best under the direction of first-year offensive coordinator Jake Spavital. Hall's dynamic running back group, led by freshman Bryson Washington and sophomore Dawson Pendergrass, spurred a six-game winning streak to conclude the regular season, the longest such streak in program history, leading the Bears to the Kinder's Texas Bowl. Washington shattered the school record for freshman rushing yards, becoming the first to eclipse 1,000 yards with a 1,028 yard season on 175 carries, totaling 12 TDs, all despite missing the first two games of the season. He rolled to six 100-yard rushing outings, including four straight games and in five of six outings.
