Bryson Rosser

Biography

Bryson Rosser enters his fourth season as Assistant Director of Recruiting with the Boston College Football program. In 2025, Rosser played a critical role in the Eagles' wide receivers room. Under Rosser's guidance, redshirt senior wide receiver Lewis Bond had a career year, becoming Boston College's all-time leader in receptions with 88 catches for 993 yards and All-ACC Second Team honors. Rosser was integral in the development of redshirt sophomore Reed Harris, who finished with career-highs in catches (39), yards (673) and touchdowns (5). Prior to arriving on The Heights, Rosser served as an Assistant Athletic Director, Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Belmont Hill School (2020-22). He was the Head Football Coach at Knox Central High School in Knoxville, Tenn. (2014-19), bringing back-to-back state championships with a 60-22 overall record. Rosser worked as Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator at Hackensack High School in New Jersey (2012-13), Offensive Coordinator at Oak Ridge High School in Tennessee (2009-11), and Offensive Coordinator/Wide Receivers at Hillsboro High School in Nashville (2008). Before high school coaching, Rosser was a three-year starting quarterback at Tennessee State, finishing among the top 10 all-time in passing yards and passing touchdowns. He earned two degrees from Tennessee State, including a bachelor's in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.
