Casey O'Brien

Biography

Casey O'Brien enters his fifth season as Assistant Equipment Manager for the Boston College Football program. O'Brien came to The Heights in 2022 with an extensive background working in equipment rooms across the country. Previously, O'Brien served as Head Equipment Manager at Mercer University and as Director of Equipment Operations at Montana State, where he oversaw football equipment. He also served as Head Equipment Manager at Bentley University after beginning his career as an equipment intern at Wake Forest University. As a student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, O'Brien worked as a student manager for four years. Originally from Waltham, Massachusetts, O'Brien graduated from UMass Amherst in 2014 with a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
