Biography
Kin Yun has been a staple with the Eagles program over the past two decades. He is currently the longest tenured coach at Boston College and has worked under three different head coaches over the past 20 seasons. Previously the volunteer assistant, Kin was deservedly moved into the role of assistant coach in the summer of 2021. Yun was a vital part of the team’s NIVC championship run in 2022 as the main defensive coordinator for the Eagles. Throughout his time on the Heights Yun has mentored various All-ACC and All-Big East conference players. This past season in 2022 he helped middle blocker’s Kate Brennan finish in the top 5 in hitting percentage in the ACC and Julia Haggerty finish in the top 5 in total blocks in the conference.
