Biography

Ollie Goss was announced as an assistant coach on April 13, 2021. "I'm thankful for the opportunity to work at an incredible institution for higher learning in Boston College," said Goss. "The buzz around BC athletics is exciting, and I'm looking forward to continuing working with Coach Pop, one of the best culture builders in women's basketball." Goss arrives at The Heights after spending four seasons at Bradley, playing a pivotal role in the Braves' rise from four wins in his first season to 20 victories in 2025-26. The Braves finished with the best defense last season in the Missouri Valley Conference, limiting opponents to just 64.2 points per game and the top 3-point defense in the MVC, allowing foes to shoot 26.9 percent from deep, which ranked 16th nationally. Bradley also shot a conference-best 34.6 percent from 3-point land, and made eight 3-pointers per game - good for second in the league. The Braves were also second in the MVC with a 1.06 assist/turnover ratio. Bradley saw multiple all-conference selections and the program's first MVC Newcomer of the Year. Prior to Bradley, Goss spent six seasons at Northwestern, contributing to a combined 124–64 record (.660) across the men's and women's programs. During that span, Northwestern made two NCAA Tournament appearances, finished as WNIT runner-up, and captured a Big Ten regular-season title.
