Amy Morgan is in her 13th year in student-athlete academic services after joining Boston College in 2011. Morgan serves as the senior assistant director for SAAS, providing academic counseling for the women’s basketball, women’s lacrosse, sailing, rowing and men's track and field/cross country programs. Prior to joining Boston College, Morgan worked at Villanova University from 2003-2011 as the associate director of academic support for athletics. Earlier in her career, she held various positions at Rosemont College. Morgan attended Franklin and Marshall College, where she participated in volleyball for four years and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Morgan earned her Master of Education in sport and recreation administration from Temple University.

Associate Head Coach
Jennifer Kent is in her 19th year in 2026 on the sidelines with the Eagles. She focuses her attention on the defensive end but also plays a crucial role in individual development. On June 10, 2022, she was promoted to associate head coach. "Jen Kent deserves this recognition and promotion to associate head coach. She has been with me since the beginning and her tireless work ethic has lifted us to the highest heights. I can't thank her enough," Walker-Weinstein said. Kent in 2024 was added to the 2026 US Senior National Team as the team's operations administrator, joining head coach Acacia Walker-Weinstein. BC's defense just as impressive in 2025, as it boasted the second-best scoring defense allowing just 7.73 goals per game - the second straight season of a defense that ranked in the top five in scoring defense. For a second straight season, an Eagle was named the ACC Defender of the Year as Shea Baker claimed honor. Baker was a First-Team All-American after earning a career-high 43 caused turnovers, 37 ground balls and 99 draw controls. Baker and fellow defensive teammate Lydia Colasante were All-ACC selections, while Colasante recorded a career-high 20 caused turnovers with 53 draw controls and 23 ground balls. BC's defensive efficiency at 23.2 percent was fifth in the country. Assistant Director - Strength & Conditioning - Olympic Sports
Nick Cidado is in his fifth year as assistant strength and conditioning coach, and his seventh at Boston College. He acts as the head strength coach for women’s lacrosse, men’s soccer, field hockey, men’s and women’s swim and dive, men’s and women’s golf and men’s track. Cidado is a NSCA certified coach who has trained two Tewaaraton Award winners and one finalist, he is also the author of a book Sweat More During Peace, Bleed Less During War. Before this role, Cidado was a graduate assistant at Harvard University strength and conditioning primarily in charge of men’s and women’s lacrosse programs and assisting with all 42 varsity sports teams. Prior to Harvard, Cidado was a graduate assistant in 2019 and an intern in 2018 at Boston College strength and conditioning. He was in charge of program implementation and supervision of nine sports and assisted with all others. He also has a background working at MJP Strength and Conditioning where he is the head coach for the Boston Jr Eagles hockey club, and Velocity Sports Performance where he works with Newton North High School football. A four year student athlete, Cidado graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He obtained a master’s degree in sport and exercise science from Merrimack College in 2019, and a master’s degree in leadership and administration from Boston College in 2024.

Assistant Coach
Sam Apuzzo, one of the most decorated athletes in Boston College history, was elevated from a graduate assistant to assistant coach in 2021 and is entering her seventh season on the staff in 2026. She leads one of the top-scoring offenses and draw units in the nation. On the field, she continues to play for Team USA, where she won gold in 2022 at the World Championships and later won gold just recently in 2025 at the World Games with the National Sixes Team. The offense in 2025 was one of the best in the nation, as three players in Rachel Clark (128 points), Emma LoPinto (113 points) and Mckenna Davis (105 points) all ranked in the top 10 in the nation in points, while the trio ranked first, fourth and fifth, respectively, in the ACC. Clark broke the single-season record in goals with 106 and finished second in a season with 128 points. Davis ended her career first all-time with 220 assists and third all-time with 319 points. Davis owns three of the four all-time single season assists records, including the school record of 77 set this season. LoPinto was one of two players in the nation and the only in the league with at least 75 goals and 35 helpers. The Eagles were first in the nation in offensive efficiency (42.5 percent) and was in the top three in the country in scoring offense at 17 goals per game, while they led the nation in assists per game (9.41). Graduate Assistant
Sweitzer will assist in helping the offense after spending the 2025 season as an assistant coach at Penn. The Quakers went 12-7 en route to an appearance in the NCAA Quarterfinals, defeating Army and a second-round win over Maryland in double overtime. While at Penn, she played a role in the goalie's unit and the offense. She helped develop freshman goalie Orly Sedransk, who was the 2025 Ivy League Rookie and Goalkeeper of the Year. Sedransk was an IWLCA Third Team All-American, USA Lacrosse and Inside Lacrosse Honorable Mention All-American. She posted a .490 save percentage with 180 saves and a 9.99 goals against average. Prior to Penn, Sweitzer played three seasons at Syracuse, where she helped the Orange to a 49-15 mark and two trips to the NCAA semifinals. She scored 46 goals with 17 assists for 63 points. During her graduate season, she totaled a career-best 24 goals and nine helpers, including a streak of 11 straight games with at least one point. Sweitzer dished out two assists against Northwestern and carded three hat tricks - also a personal high. Sweitzer recorded 10 goals and six assists for 16 points in her senior campaign after tallying 14 points (12 goals, two assists) in her debut season in 2023. All three years at Syracuse, she improved her numbers across the board. In addition, she was a member of the All-ACC Academic Team and IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. Before Syracuse, Sweitzer played three seasons at USC.
