Kelsey Bollon

Biography

Kelsey Bollon completed her third year as an assistant coach for the Concordia Wisconsin softball team in 2025, following a standout playing career from 2019 to 2022. She joined the Falcons coaching staff as a Graduate Assistant for the 2023 season and was promoted to Assistant Coach after graduating in 2024. In 2025, Bollon made a major impact on the program, helping guide the Falcons to the NACC regular season and tournament championships and a return to the NCAA Division III Softball National Tournament. As a key member of the coaching staff, she played a pivotal role in maintaining the program's championship standard during a season that saw multiple players earn regional and conference honors, including Jess Pozezinski's second consecutive NACC Position Player of the Year award and Megan Bloyer's First Team All-Region recognition from the NFCA. During her playing career, Bollon was instrumental in leading the Falcons to back-to-back NACC Conference Championships in 2021 and 2022, as well as a NACC Tournament Championship that secured the program's first-ever NCAA Tournament bid. A standout both on the field and in the classroom, Bollon earned two CoSIDA Academic All-America honors in 2021 and 2022, as well as National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Region and All-NACC North Division accolades in 2021.
