Lyndsay Ostler

Biography

After serving as the Assistant Athletics Director for Dartmouth Peak Performance (DP2)/Academics from late 2019 into 2022, and the Associate Athletics Director for Enrollment Management from 2022 through 2025 Lyndsay Ostler was promoted to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Development. In her current role, Ostler acts as the liaison between athletics and the offices of admissions and financial aid while managing the admissions support process. She also assists the coaches with the recruitment process in evaluating student-athletes' academics and navigating the admissions application process and deadlines while providing strategic leadership to Academic Support and Career Development. Ostler led the DP2 academic service area in her initial role with the department, focusing on advising student-athletes, creating high-impact programming and supporting holistic development. She also oversaw the Faculty Advisors program for athletics and served as a point person for community service, student-athlete handbook, SAAC, the Dartmouth Celebration of Excellence and campus connections. Prior to her arrival at Dartmouth, Ostler spent seven years at Colby-Sawyer College as a coach and administrator.
