Riley McInerney was hired as Eastern Illinois University Assistant Track Coach and Cross Country Coach in January 2025. McInerney earned his Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois in 2017 and is a native of Charleston, Illinois. His father is former seven-time OVC Coach of the Year John McInerney.
