Danielle (Seling) Taylor heads into her 13th year as the head coach at Elizabethtown in 2025-26 For the first time since 2021, the Blue Jays earned a Landmark

Wayne Hummer is in his sixth season as an assistant coach for the women's lacrosse program in 2024. Prior to joining the Blue Jays, he served as the head boys' lacrosse coach at Warwick High School. He compiled a record of 67-44 in 6 seasons and was named Lancaster-Lebanon League Coach of the Year in 2014 and 2018. As an athlete, Hummer wrestled for the Blue Jays for 4 years and played men's lacrosse for 1 year. He served as the wrestling team's Student Athletic Mentor and Student Athletic Advisory Committee representative for 4 years. Coach Hummer works primarily with goalies and defenders and also administers the team's weight training program. He resides in Lititz with his wife, Kristi, and son, Calan.
