Xavier Dampeer, CSCS

Biography

Xavier Dampeer, CSCS is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach who joined the Florida Atlantic Owls in January 2026. He previously served as an intern for North Carolina State in both 2024 and 2025, where he helped setup and organize training sessions and programs for student-athletes, conducted research on new methodologies to drive player performance progression, and worked with injured offensive linemen. Prior to NC State, Dampeer was an integral part of the strength and conditioning staff at Arkansas State from 2021, where he was instrumental in setting up training sessions, implementing training programs, leading position-specific drills for offensive linemen, and preparing them for their NFL Pro Days. He also served as an intern at South Dakota for two months before joining Arkansas State and holds experience at commercial training facilities. Dampeer is a former Auburn Tiger offensive lineman who started at center in 2016 and played three seasons with the Pittsburgh Maulers of the USFL. He graduated from Auburn University in 2015 with an undergraduate degree in Public Administration and a graduate degree in adult education in December 2016.
