Biography

Manrey Saint-Amour returned to Tallahassee in January 2026 as the assistant offensive line coach, his second stint with head coach Mike Norvell and Florida State. Saint-Amour served as a graduate assistant in Norvell’s first season at Florida State in 2020 before departing for a similar role at Alabama in 2021. Saint-Amour was hired as Charleston Southern’s offensive line coach in 2022 before taking a job as Georgia’s assistant offensive line coach in 2023. Saint-Amour returned to the full-time coaching ranks in 2024 at Georgia State. Saint-Amour earned his first Division I role in 2019, leading Savannah State to a 7-3 record in 2019 as offensive line coach, the Tigers’ first winning record in 20 years. Saint-Amour started 36 games at center for Georgia Southern from 2011-14, helping the Eagles win three conference championships and twice reach the FCS semifinals. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgia Southern in 2015 and his master’s in student personal administration from Concordia in 2019.
