Biography

Collin Sibilia, the winningest coach in program history, will enter his seventh season as head coach of the HFU women's volleyball team in 2025. Holy Family has advanced to the CACC Tournament Semifinals in four of his first six seasons, including back-to-back NCAA Tournaments in 2019 and Fall 2021. In 2021, the Tigers became the first Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) team to go undefeated in league play (18-0) since 2012, leading to him winning his first career CACC Coach of the Year award. HFU would go on to win a match for the second straight NCAA Tournament, coming back to defeat fourth-seeded New Haven in five sets as Sibilia became the first volleyball coach in CACC history to reach back-to-back East Region Semifinals. Holy Family led the league with five All-CACC honorees in 2022, and he has now had 17 All-Conference selections in his first six seasons. A Tiger won CACC Player of the Year in each of his first three, with Morgan Silks also three-peating as CACC Setter of the Year. Sibilia was selected as a recipient of the American Volleyball Coaches Assocation (AVCA) Thirty Under 30 Award in 2023, and on Oct. 19, 2024, he became the program's all-time winningest coach with his 91st career victory. He captured his first CACC Tournament title during the unique 2020-21 academic year that saw the season postponed until the spring due to COVID-19. HFU went 8-1 during the shortened schedule, eventually defeating Georgian Court in the championship match. Holy Fam
