Biography

Aubrey Joens is in her second season with Indiana women's basketball as a graduate manager in 2026-27. Joens recently finished up her five-year collegiate career with her final three seasons played at Oklahoma (2022-25) while getting her start at Iowa State (2020-22). She was part of five NCAA Tournament appearances while appearing in 150 career games. The Iowa City, Iowa native averaged 5.6 points per game while shooting 40 percent from the field and 37.6 percent from the 3-point line. Joens was an All-Big 12 Academic honoree who earned her degree in elementary education. She comes from a decorated basketball family in which three sisters also played Division I basketball – Courtney (Illinois), Ashley (Iowa State) and Kelsey (Villanova). Joens earned her bachelor's degree from Oklahoma in August 2024 in planned programs and is pursuing a master's degree in adult education from Indiana.
