Peter McCarty

Biography

Peter McCarty is an Assistant Track and Field Coach specializing in throws at Mansfield Athletics. He joins the Mountaineers after two years at Corning-Painted Post High School, where his athletes set five school records, eight sectional champions, and eight state qualifiers as well as a national qualifier. McCarty also had stints with Williamsville Central Schools and Horseheads High School, and was a coaching intern with SUNY Oneonta. He also served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at SUNY Brockport. McCarty earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D'Youville University and holds an undergraduate degree from SUNY Brockport.
