Amber Corcoran '09, M'24

Biography

Former Lebanon Valley Field Hockey standout Amber Corcoran '09, M'24 has been the Head Coach of the program since 2016. In addition to her coaching duties, her secondary assignment is developing program evaluations and data analysis. During Corcoran's 15-year tenure as a Head Coach, she has guided Immaculata University, Stevens Institute of Technology, and LVC to a 129-137 overall record and 11 postseason appearances. She has led these teams to one conference title, two conference final appearances, and one NCAA Tournament appearance. Corcoran has also coached one National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-American (Cecile Kat '20, M'21), 11 NFHCA Division III All-Region selections, and 62 All-Conference honorees. In Corcoran's 10 seasons at the helm of the Dutchmen, she holds a 93-76 overall record. She has led Lebanon Valley to the postseason seven times, including trips to the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Commonwealth Championship final and the title game of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship in 2019. As a player at LVC, Corcoran helped lead the Flying Dutchmen to a pair of NCAA Tournament Final Four appearances and a 2006 MAC Commonwealth Championship before earning a number of individual awards throughout the rest of her career. She was named an NFHCA Third Team All-American in 2008 and received the organization's First Team All-Region honor after being listed on the MAC Commonwealth All-Conference First Team.
