AJ Pearson is in his first year at Michigan State in 2026 as the assistant director of player personnel and scouting. Pearson spent one season (2025) as the Director of Player Personnel at Toledo, working under General Manager Bryan Gasser, who is now the GM for the Spartans. Veteran NFL scout Antwon Murray enters his second year at Michigan State as the program's Executive Director of Player Personnel.
