Muhlenberg College Volleyball

Rob McVicker was named head volleyball coach at Muhlenberg in February 2021 and has compiled a career record of 58-68 through the 2025 season. He led the Mules to consecutive playoff appearances in his second and third seasons (2022-2023), with the team earning their first Centennial Conference playoff berth since 2018 in 2022 and their second consecutive playoff berth in 2023. Prior to becoming head coach, McVicker served as an assistant coach at Muhlenberg from 2018-20, helping the Mules to a 20-8 record and the highest vote total in the Division III national poll in program history in 2018. His coaching experience also includes serving as head coach of 15-, 16- and 17-and-under teams at East Coast Power Volleyball club since 2015, and as girls volleyball junior varsity head coach and varsity assistant coach at Southern Lehigh High School from 2015-17. McVicker played on the men's club team at DeSales, where he earned a degree in business administration with a minor in sport management.
