Stephanie Menio

Biography

Stephanie Menio joined NC State as Deputy Athletic Director in June of 2019. Menio joined the Wolfpack after spending the previous seven years at Army West Point under current NC State Athletic Director Boo Corrigan’s leadership. Prior to her arrival in Raleigh, Menio served as Senior Associate Athletic Director at Army West Point, holding the post of Senior Woman Administrator, while also leading the External Relations Department which included Marketing, Creative Services, Athletic Communications, Ticket Sales, the Aspire Group, as well as Multimedia and Broadcasting. In this role, she also had direct supervision of five sports and was a member of the Army-Navy Steering Committee to ensure the tradition and rich history of the game is incorporated in the years ahead. Menio assumed her role of Senior Associate Athletic Director in July of 2018, after spending her first six years in West Point as Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Women’s Administrator. As the Senior Woman Administrator, Menio was Army’s liaison to the Patriot League and was also accountable for the cadet-athlete and athletic department leadership programming. She headed the process to add women’s lacrosse as West Point’s 28th varsity sport. Working closely with then-Director of Athletics, Corrigan, Menio aided in strengthening and expanding Army Athletics’ relationship with Nike.
