Michael Moynihan enters his 14th season in Evanston in 2025, where he has earned five NCAA Tournament berths and coached the 2016 Big Ten Champion team. Moynihan's all-time record with the program is 126-109-39, making him the winningest coach in school history. His five NCAA Tournament Appearances account for all but two of Northwestern's appearances all-time. During his first season with the Wildcats, Moynihan guided the program to a five-win improvement from the previous year, including a three-match Big Ten winning streak to close the season. He reached the 200-win milestone in Northwestern's 2012 finale, a 1-0 shutout of Michigan State in East Lansing. Northwestern racked up ranked wins in 2014, taking down No. 16 Notre Dame, No. 15 Marquette, No. 19 Illinois, No. 14 Rutgers, and No. 6 Penn State. The team earned a 9-8-4 record overall, with over half of its wins coming against ranked opponents. In 2015, Moynihan led Northwestern to its first NCAA Tournament since 1998. That squad broke a plethora of school records, including most Big Ten wins (seven) and fewest goals allowed in a season (15). Estefania joined Northwestern in 2025. She is responsible for managing the health care of the Women's Soccer team. Estefania is a graduate of Lewis University where she earned a degree in Athletic Training in 2019. She received her Doctorate degree from the University of Idaho in 2021. Estefania came to Northwestern from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Estefania's professional interests include injury prevention measures, sport-specific rehabilitation, and return to sport objective testing. Estefania holds training and certifications in the Mulligan Concept, Total Motion Release, Master Dry Needling, Primal Reflex Release Technique, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist.

A Goshen, N.Y. native, Duval comes to Northwestern from Robert Morris, where she served as the first assistant and goalkeepers coach. In her lone season with RMU, Duval led the Colonials to many program firsts. The Colonials earned their second-straight top four conference finish, hosted a Horizon League Tournament Quarterfinal match for the second-straight year–defeating IU Indy, advanced to the Horizon League Tournament Semifinals for the second time in as many seasons, all program firsts. Duval's goalkeeping unit posted five shutouts, a 1.58 goals against average, and a .764 save percentage. Graduate student goalkeeper Brenna Murray was named to the 2024 Horizon League All-Tournament Team, received the 2024 Horizon League Women's Soccer Sportsmanship Award, received the Horizon League Sportsmanship Award for all sports, and earned a prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Internship for the 2025-2026 cohort. In addition to her duties at RMU, Duval is a Goalkeeper Academy coach for the ECNL Pittsburgh Riverhounds Development Academy. This past summer, Duval had the opportunity to work for the Pittsburgh Riveters as the assistant goalkeeper coach in their inaugural season of the USL-W League. The Riveters currently sit atop the table and are in position to win the Great Forest Division. Rich Manning joined the Wildcats as an assistant coach in June 2021 after previously serving as the head coach at Utah for 19 years. In Salt Lake City, he led the Utes to eight NCAA Tournament appearances and five Mountain West championships. He also was associate head coach at Santa Clara when the Broncos captured the national title in 2001. During Manning's second season in Evanston, the Wildcats broke a number of program records en route to an NCAA Tournament Third Round appearance. After a banner regular season that saw a program-record 13-game unbeaten streak and conference-high eight All-Big Ten honorees, NU earned a No. 4-seed in the NCAA Tournament, the best seed in school history. NU dispatched SIUE 3-0 in the First Round and Vanderbilt 2-1 in the Second Round before bowing out at eventual National Champion UCLA.
