Noelle Rooke

Biography

Noelle Rooke was elevated to associate head coach of the Pepperdine beach volleyball team in August 2024. The 2026 campaign will be her fourth on the staff. "I’m happy and excited Noelle accepted the position,” said Sicoli. “She has a mix of experience on and off the court which will make our program better every day. I look forward to working with Noelle for years to come.” Rooke comes to Pepperdine after spending five seasons at CSUN, where she was the assistant coach for the women’s indoor squad for four seasons and at the helm of the beach program for four seasons. “It is a dream come true for me to work and coach at Pepperdine University,” said Rooke. “I was raised in Agoura Hills, which is just through the canyon, and grew up attending Pepperdine men's volleyball games, Marv Dunphy volleyball camps, and had the pleasure of working at Marv's camps from 2007 to 2017. I have continued to admire all of our Waves teams over the years, and have wholeheartedly supported my husband, Max Rooke, as the associate head coach of our women's soccer program. “Having already worked with Jeff Stork, a former Wave, Olympic Gold Medalist and Hall of Famer, I am just elated for the opportunity to work alongside and continue to learn from Marcio Sicoli, another Olympian and one of the best trainers in the game.
