Terris "Tee" Sanders enters his first season as assistant coach at RIT in 2024-25. Sanders previously served as Director of Basketball Operations at Hampton University while also serving as the head coach of the 2025 team at Wave Basketball Club (VA Beach, VA), and worked in the Hampton Roads area as a player development coach. Players who worked with Coach Tee include Kyrese Mullen (Hampton), Jerry Deng (Florida State), Tyson Brown (Georgia Southern), Marquis Godwin and Scott Spencer (Overseas). In 2020, Sanders joined the DREAM Foundation, which offers a unique mentorship program for underrepresented groups within the sports industry, specifically students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities who are interested in a career in sports. In addition to coaching at RIT, Sanders serves as a college counselor at Rochester Prep High School.
