Sacred Heart University Women's Wrestling

Biega concluded her fifth season as head coach of the Sacred Heart women’s wrestling team. She made history when she joined the Pioneers prior to the 2021-22 season, becoming the first female NCAA Division I wrestling coach in the country. A collegiate and international wrestler herself, Biega came to Sacred Heart after two seasons as an assistant coach at Campbellsville University. Biega is a two-time University Nationals All-American and an International Polish Champion. She has also earned the title of Polish National Champion and placed third at the Cadet European Wrestling Championship. She also assisted the coaching staff at the 2024 Grand Prix of Spain and was a member of the coaching staff for the 2025 U23 Women’s Wrestling Pan American Team, bringing international experience and expertise to the Sacred Heart wrestling program.
