Mads Kaiser

Biography

Mads Kaiser was elevated to head coach of Saint Francis men's soccer on December 12, 2022, after serving two seasons as an assistant coach. The Rheinberg, Germany native earned his bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Davis and Elkins College, where he played all four seasons with the Senators. Before Saint Francis, Kaiser worked as a graduate assistant men's soccer coach at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, where he helped guide the team to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Final with a 21-12-5 record while earning his master's degree in marketing. He also served as head coach at Kings Hammer SC in Cincinnati, Ohio. In three seasons at Saint Francis, Kaiser has led the Red Flash to three NEC Tournament appearances, a regular-season title, and a berth in the NEC Championship Game. He was named NEC Coach of the Year in 2023 and NEC Coaching Staff of the Year after leading the program to its first unbeaten season at 7-0-8, making the Red Flash the only unbeaten NCAA Division I team that year.
