Vince Reph returns to the Springfield College football program as a graduate assistant for the 2025-2026 campaign. A native of Bethlehem, Pa., Reph is working on his Master's degree in Athletic Leadership. Reph spent three seasons as a football player at Hamilton College, and spent his senior year as a student assistant. After earning a degree in economics from Hamilton, Reph joined the Springfield College football program as a graduate assistant for the 2024-2025 season.
