Pat March

Biography

Pat March, who has engineered offenses that have ranked in the top-10 nationally in scoring in four of the last-five seasons at both Princeton and Syracuse, serves as the Orange’s offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator. Ready for his fifth season in 2024, March was elevated to the associate head coach postion in October 2023 for the Syracuse University lacrosse program, retaining offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator duties as well. While his first year at SU was shortened, March’s offense provided a glimpse at what his units could accomplish. ‘Cuse finished the shortened 2020 season ranked sixth nationally in scoring offense (16.60 goals per game), fifth in scoring margin (+7.2 goals per game), 10th in points per game (25.20) and the Syracuse first-midfield unit was on pace to be the third-highest scoring trio in program history, behind just the 1988 and 1990 squads that featured the Gait brothers. Individually, Stephen Rehfuss was on pace for a historic season, averaging 3.6 assists per game, Chase Scanlan was third in the ACC at 3.6 goals per game and Jamie Trimboli led the nation in scoring by a midfielder at 3.4 goals per game. ‘Cuse was also tenacious on the ride, with Griffin Cook leading all attackmen nationally with seven caused turnovers.
