Josh Morrow

Biography

Joshua Morrow joined Syracuse University Athletics as Head Equipment Manager in 2025. He brings more than a decade of experience in athletic equipment management, procurement, and operations at the Division I level. In his role, Morrow oversees the daily operations, budgeting, and inventory management for all Syracuse athletic programs, supporting student-athletes, coaches, and staff to ensure each team is fully equipped for success. Before joining Syracuse, Morrow served as the Director of Equipment Operations at Cornell University, where he managed equipment needs for 37 varsity teams, as well as the band, cheer, and recreation programs. During his time in Ithaca, he implemented new operational strategies to improve efficiency, facilitated major vendor transitions with Nike, BSN Sports, and CCM Hockey, and contributed to Cornell Athletics' overall brand development. Notably, he helped designed the Cornell Football black uniforms that were recognized as the 2024 UNISWAG FCS Uniform of the Year. Prior to Cornell, Morrow spent eight years at the University at Albany, including serving as the Assistant Athletic Director Head Equipment Manager, overseeing the equipment operations for football and men's lacrosse while leading the department's apparel transition from Nike to Under Armour.
