Isaac Ijalana

Biography

Isaac Ijalana was hired by Temple Football in February 2025 as the director of player engagement. He came to Philadelphia after three seasons at Liberty as the director of player relations/NFL pro liaison. While at Liberty, Ijalana began as the assistant director scouting before being promoted into his current role in 2022. While there he assisted with all efforts related to the football recruiting. He managed and updated transfer portal and recruiting boards and assisted with on-campus recruiting, official visits, camps and game day events, and assisted coaching the defensive line. Prior to his time at Liberty, he was a player development assistant at Rutgers (2020-21), a football intern at Ohio State (2019), and an assistant outside linebackers coach at Los Angeles Valley College (2017-18). The New Brunswick, N.J., native earned a degree in social sciences from Oklahoma in 2016, where he also played football.
