Adam Bauman

Biography

Adam Bauman enters his seventh season at the University of Alabama and is in his fourth season as the program's director of scouting and analytics. Bauman has been a part of Coach Oats' staff throughout his entire tenure at Alabama in addition to four years at Buffalo. In his current role, Bauman is responsible for a variety of aspects of the men's basketball program including but not limited to, overseeing the budget, scheduling, analytics, camps, advanced scouting of opponents, along with assisting the coaching staff on the offensive side of the ball. Bauman also spearheads "Bamalytics" in-game and during each practice to further break down the team's performances in every aspect of the game. Throughout Bauman's time in Tuscaloosa, the Crimson Tide have won 145 games, along with a pair of Elite Eight appearances and the program's first-ever trip to the Final Four in 2024. Bauman has also helped contribute to two SEC regular season championships and SEC tournament titles as well.
