Head Coach
Paul Caddy, completed his sixth season as head coach at UConn in 2025 after being named the program’s fourth head coach in 2020. A longtime architect of the Huskies’ national success, Caddy continues to lead UConn as a championship-caliber program and consistent BIG EAST contender, with the Huskies most recently coming off another NCAA tournament appearance, falling to Harvard by a final of 1-0 in the elite eight. Assistant Coach
Chrissy Davidson Arisco completed her fourth season as an assistant coach for the Huskies in 2023. During her tenure, Davidson Arisco has coached a pair of All-Americans (Sophie Hamilton & Jessica Dembrowski), a BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Year (Hamilton, 2021) and three BIG EAST Freshman of the Year (Claire Van den Noort (Spring 2021), Sophia Ugo (Fall 2021), Sol Simone (Fall 2022)). Overall, she has had 14 All-BIG EAST performers during her time in Storrs. Davidson Arisco earned 2014 All-America status during her senior campaign and represented the Huskies on the U.S. National team during her time in Storrs. The West Lawn, Pa. native was an All-Conference and All-Region selection during the Huskies' National Championship seasons. Davidson Arisco totaled 37 assists and five goals in the 84 games she played at UConn. After graduating from UConn ('15), Davidson Arisco worked one season as a volunteer coach at Temple University in 2016. Since coaching at Temple, Davidson Arisco has worked multiple field hockey camps while getting her master's degree at Duquesne University. While acquiring her Master of Science, Speech Language Pathology, Davidson worked as an AAC Lab Student worker and a student research assistant. Davidson Arisco resides in Providence, R.I. with her husband, Nick.

Coach Rozzi joined the UConn staff in 2016 and currently oversees all aspects of training for Women's Field Hockey and Men's & Women's Track & Field, Cross Country. Prior to these assignments, he previously managed the strength and conditioning programs for Men's and Women's Tennis, Men's & Women's Swim & Dive, Men's Golf, and Women's Lacrosse. In addition to his team responsibilities, Mike plays a key role in developing future strength and conditioning professionals by overseeing the intern development program and manages the Field House weight room facility. Before his current role at UConn, Mike completed sports performance internships with both UConn and Coastal Carolina University. Earlier in his career, he served as a certified personal trainer, youth sports performance coach, high school football combine director, and spent three years at Palisades Park High School (NJ) as an assistant varsity football coach and assistant Strength & Conditioning coach. Mike has been part of numerous team achievements at UConn, assisting Field Hockey to the 2024 regular season and tournament Big East titles, helping Men's Track & Field capture nine conference titles and Women's Track & Field win eight, including sweeping both Indoor and Outdoor Big East Championships from 2022 through 2025, supporting Men's Golf to a 2021 Big East title, and assisting Women's Lacrosse to two consecutive NCAA tournament appearances. Executive Associate Director of Athletics
Neal Eskin has spent the last 16 years on the senior management team in UConn's Division of Athletics. In his current role, Eskin supervises five sports: women's basketball, women's field hockey, women's track & field/cross country, and men's track & field/cross country. He also oversees the ticket office and assists in coordinating departmental HR functions. In addition, he serves as the day-to-day liaison with UConn's local television partner, SportsNet New York (SNY). Eskin first came to Storrs in 1998 as director of athletic development. He then went to Colorado State University in 2001 and spent two years as an associate athletic director, assisting with the overall operation of the department, before returning to UConn in 2003. Eskin began his career in athletic administration at his alma mater, the University of Maryland. From 1985 to 1998, he served in various roles, including ticket manager, assistant media relations director and director of marketing. He was a student manager for the Terrapin men's basketball team and graduated with a bachelor of arts in 1984.
