During her time at UofL, Mires has helped guide the Louisville distance squad to four USTFCCCA All-American honors, 12 NCAA Championships qualifications, 10 All-ACC honors, and five NCAA Regionals bids. 2025-26 Cross Country In her third cross country season with the Louisville program, Mires helped lead the Louisville men to their first appearance at the NCAA Cross Country Championships since the 2015 campaign. At the national championship meet, the Cardinals finished 26th in the team standings and were led by freshman Elsingi Kipruto, who placed 39th individually to become the sixth male to earn All-American honors in program history. At the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, the men’s squad placed sixth as a team for their best finish at the meet in a decade while the team finished eighth at the ACC Championships for their best conference championship finish since 2016.
