Joe Bick

Biography

Joe Bick arrived at New Hampshire in February 2026 following multiple seasons at Saint Anselm College, where he served in several roles including Recruiting Coordinator, Offensive Line Coach, Wide Receivers & Tight Ends Coach, and Offensive Quality Control Coach. During his tenure, Saint Anselm tied the school record for wins in back-to-back seasons (2022, 2023) and achieved its highest conference finish in program history in 2023. He coached and developed eight all-conference student-athletes across the offensive line, wide receiver, and tight end positions. Prior to Saint Anselm, Bick spent three seasons at Kean University as a Graduate Assistant Coach. There, he worked with the lffensive line, tight ends and wide receivers, assisted with offensive game planning and scouting report preparation, coordinated return units, and managed video operations. He also played an active role in student-athlete academic oversight and daily football operations. A former standout offensive lineman at Kean (2014–17), Bick earned all-conference honors and multiple academic awards, including induction into Chi Alpha Sigma and membership in the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. Bick holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kean University and has pursued graduate studies in Communication Studies. He is a member of the American Football Coaches Association.
