Brittany Jackson, a Mansfield, Texas, native was an outfielder on the Kansas softball team from 2017-21, graduating with her bachelor's degree in sports management, before finishing her softball career at NC State in 2022. Jackson was coached by Smith Lyon during the 2017 season. Since July 2022, Jackson has worked with the Wolfpack Club at NC State, starting as a development associate before being promoted to the assistant director of clubs. She joined Carolina softball as Director of Operations in August 2023.
