Courtney Nagle will enter her eighth season leading the Oregon women's tennis program in 2025-26 after taking over the program on July 20, 2018. An All-American and four-year letter winner at Oregon (2002-05), Nagle has the Ducks on an upward trajectory and led the Ducks to winning seasons in four of her first five years at the helm and is 73-75 in dual matches. Nagle arrived at Oregon after spending four seasons as the top assistant for a highly successful North Carolina program, helping lead the Tar Heels to a 122-12 dual match record, three ACC titles and two Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national championships. Considered one of the top assistants in the nation prior to arriving in Eugene, Nagle was named the assistant coach of the year in 2017 by the ITA. **At Oregon (2018-present)** The 2025 spring season saw Oregon reach an ITA national ranking of No. 53 after beginning the season 5-0.
