Handy graduated from Concordia University with a B.A in Exercise and Sports science, while completing a strength and conditioning mentorship with Concordia's women's volleyball and basketball programs. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED and First Air certified, knowledgeable with DNS and PRI, and proficient in basic strength training exercises including Olympics weightlifting and kettlebell training. Handy is a native of St. Charles, Missouri.
