Davin Conway

Biography

Davin Conway is in his first season as an assistant coach at USCA where he will be the pitching coach while assisting in other key areas of the program. Conway, in his third collegiate season as a pitching coach, spent the first two years with Barton College. The Sarcoxie, Mo. native began his college playing career in 2017 at Knox College in Galesburg, Ill. as an outfielder and pitcher. During his time there, he earned the team voted upon award of Most Improved Player in 2018, was named a team captain for the 2021 season, and earned Midwest Conference all-academic honors all four years. Conway walked on to the football team in 2019, where he served as a special teams player and defensive back for the Prairie Fire. Conway graduated with a degree in political science and a minor in education policy. Following his graduation, Conway attended Cabrini University in Radnor, Pa., where he earned his master's in science of organizational leadership. Conway was a relief pitcher and veteran presence for the Cabrini Diamond Cavs. In his first season at Barton College, the program fielded one of the top pitching staffs in the country ending the season with a 2.54 K:BB ratio (11th in D-II), a 1.35 WHIP (13th in D-II), and a 4.29 team ERA (19th in D-II). The program also experienced great team success posting 34 wins in 2024 breaking the previous program record and having another 30-win season in 2025.
