Tina Readling

Biography

Wake Forest head volleyball coach Jeff Hulsmeyer announced the addition of Tina Readling to his coaching staff on Feb. 6, 2025. Holding over 15 years of experience at the collegiate level, Readling joins the Demon Deacons in the position of the Triplette Family Volleyball Assistant Coach. From 2022-24, Readling spent time at Penn State, serving as Director of Operations for the Nittany Lions volleyball program. Her day-to-day planning, evaluation and relationship-building expertise all played a major part in Penn State going on to capture the 2024 NCAA Championship this past December. Prior to her time at Penn State, Readling spent 10 seasons on the women’s volleyball staff at Elon University. She was elevated to Associate Head Coach in 2015 after rejoining the Phoenix as an assistant coach in 2012. Elon won 128 matches during that stretch. Readling’s final season in 2021 involved helping lead the team to a program-best 11-5 conference record in the Colonial Athletic Association, ultimately advancing to the championship match of the CAA tournament. Haylie Clark was tabbed the CAA Setter of the Year, joining Leah Daniel and Jenn Krzeminski as a Phoenix trio that earned All-CAA honors. Elon also led the CAA in team hitting percentage (.268) through conference play that same season.
