Following two previous stints on the staff from 2015-17 and 2019-20, she returned to WVU in 2025. Millick is the lead coach for floor exercise and assists with the other three events. She also coordinates the team’s community service efforts and assists with the planning and coordination of social media and creative content. During her return to the team in 2025, Millick helped facilitate an incredible rise for WVU gymnastics. The Mountaineers jumped 18 spots in the national rankings, finishing No. 33 in the Road to Nationals rankings after starting at No. 51. Despite a slow start, WVU posted three 196.0+ scores and qualified for the NCAA Regional Championships with a 195.855 National Qualifying Score (NQS). Millick rejoined the staff midway through the season and helped play a role in the team’s midseason rise to reach the postseason. At the end of the year, five of West Virginia’s six team scores that factored into its NQS were recorded after Millick returned to the staff.
