Imani Conner joined the WKU Athletic Training staff as the athletic trainer for the Hilltopper volleyball team after serving as a term professional athletic trainer for Vanderbilt women's basketball program during the 2024-25 season. Conner had experience working with a pair of NCAA Division I programs prior to Vanderbilt, having served as a fellow working with the women's indoor and beach volleyball teams at Southern California during the 2023-24 campaign after completing a residency supporting the same sport programs at Coastal Carolina the previous season. She is a 2020 graduate of Valdosta State, where she received a degree in exercise science, and completed her master's degree in athletic training at Charlotte in 2022. Conner is a member of both the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Athletic Trainers' Association.
