Amanda Meeker joined Xavier University in 2019. During her time on campus, she has worked in the college of nursing and the division of information technologies. Meeker's roles have included operations and budget management. Meeker has served as a key member of C.A.P.E. (Connecting Administrative Professionals for Excellence), the parking committee, and is currently serving a term on the staff committee. Meeker earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Xavier in 2025 and holds minors in communication studies, business administration and management.

Andy Barry was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Business and Finance in August 2015. Most recently Barry served as the Director of Business Operations for Cintas Center. Previously he was the director for premium seating and ticketing and oversaw all issues related to the suites and premium seats at Cintas Center for nine years. He also oversaw all athletic and non-athletic ticket operations, which include supervision of the ticket manager and his staff. Barry also for 18 years managed the licensing/trademark program. Initially, he has served as athletic ticket manager and as the assistant to Greg Park, Associate Athletic Director for Business. A native Cincinnatian, Barry came to Xavier in 1988 after spending two years in the Cincinnati Reds' Ticket Office. Barry worked as cashier in the Reds' ticket office, balancing daily, monthly and game deposits and working with the Ticketmaster computer system. Barry also spent one year as the vault manager in the Reds' ticket office. Barry received his master's of business administration from Xavier in 1994. He received his bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the University of Cincinnati in 1986.

Angela Wyss joined Xavier University as the Director of Student-Athlete Academic Support Services in October of 2014. She was promoted to Senior Director of Student-Athlete Academic Support Services in January of 2020 and promoted again to Assistant Athletics Director for Student Athlete Academic Support Services in July of 2022. Wyss supervises a staff of three full-time advisors in addition to working with the baseball and swimming programs. Prior to coming to Xavier, Angela worked on Florida Atlantic University's staff as an Associate Director for the Student-Athlete Center for Academic Excellence from 2009-2015. Her primary duties included working with several athletic teams, including men's basketball, supervising two full-time advisors, coordinating the Guest Coach Program, overseeing the faculty feedback system through Grades First, running the summer bridge program, and coordinating the class check program. Wyss served as an Academic Coordinator at Colorado State University from 2007-2009. At CSU, Wyss was the SAAC Coordinator, the Community Outreach Coordinator, the G.O.L.D. Team Coordinator, and the NCAA/CHAMPS/Life Skills Coordinator. She also taught a freshman student-athlete transition course. Angela coordinated the academic progress of men's and women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, and men's and women's track and field. Blake Williams was named Xavier's Assistant Director for Ticketing in August of 2025. Williams was previously a ticket sales and service consultant at Ball State from 2023-25. He was also a sales academy participate for the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2023. Williams holds a bachelor's degree in sport management from West Virginia ('20) and a master's degree in sport management from West Virginia ('21).

Brian Arlinghaus was named the head men’s golf coach in June of 2021. In 2024-25, he coached two All-BIG EAST performers in Carson Bellish and Ray Filter - the first all-conference performers since 2019. Xavier also had two or more golfers earn all-conference honors in the same season for the first time since 2016 (Jose Montaño and Daniel Wetterich). The Musketeers posted five, top-three finishes during the 2024-25 season with two tournament titles. Xavier placed second at the BIG EAST Championships on April 28, the highest finish for the Musketeers at the BIG EAST Championships since 2016 (also finished second). Xavier won the Xavier Invitational and the Wexford Intercollegiate during the 2024-25 season, the first team titles for the Musketeers since 2016 (won the Pinehurst Intercollegiate). Off the course, the Musketeers earned the 2023-24 GCAA Outstanding Team Academic Award with a 3.69 team grade point average. Carson Bellish, Zach Burton, Justin Gabbard and Oscar Zimmerman were all named NCAA Division I Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars. Bellish was also named to the 2024 CSC Academic All-District® Team. Brian Hicks joined Xavier University in 2004 and was promoted to Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Relations in July of 2022. Hicks is part of Xavier Athletics' core senior leadership staff and is accountable for all aspects of the department's external areas, including fan experience and engagement, broadcast, communications and media relations, sales and image-related initiatives. Oversight includes marketing and revenue generation efforts for Xavier University's 19 sport intercollegiate athletic program including ticket operations and sales, promotions, advertising, game-day activities, community relations and the overall branding of Xavier Athletics. He serves as the department liaison for Xavier Sports Properties (a property of Learfield Sports), and handles key strategic relationships with FOX Sports, CLC, and SIDEARM Sports. Hicks is the sport administrator for the Musketeers' men's and women's soccer programs. He served as the Tournament Manager of the 2010 NCAA Women's Basketball Championship first and second rounds hosted at Cintas Center, and was Tournament Director of the 2014 and 2023 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship First Round and NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Championship First Round in 2021 and 2023. Casey Brann was named Xavier's Director of Baseball Operations for the 2025-26 academic year. Brann is a junior at Xavier, originally from Hamilton Ohio, where he attended Hamilton High School. Brann is in his third year working with Billy O'Conner's program, and is pursing a degree in Finance.

Chris Schaaf was hired in May of 2005 as an Assistant Technical Director. He has been promoted three times, most recently being promoted to Director for Broadcast and Engineering in July of 2022. Schaaf's responsibilities include coordinating streaming broadcasts and keeping all the related equipment and systems running in top form. He also maintains the LED videoboards and related systems within Cintas Center. Schaaf is heavily involved in the technical game day production, making sure that all the needs of marketing and Xavier Sports Properties are translated to our game day staff for execution. He also serves as the building's video engineer and interface with all outside broadcast groups to ensure their production needs are met while at Cintas Center and other athletics venues. Schaaf graduated from Xavier University in 2005 with a bachelor's in Electronic Media. He resides in Mt. Washington with his wife, Lindsey, and their three children (Luke, Millie, & Hazel).

Christian End, Ph.D., was named as Xavier's second Faculty Athletic Representative (FAR) in April of 2016. End, a Xavier University associate professor trained in social psychology, is often quoted for his expertise in fan behavior. He has published over 25 research reports mostly related to social identity theory, self-presentation tactics, and gender differences within the sport fan context. In 2013, the Southeastern Psychological Association named Dr. End Mentor of the Year and Cincinnati Magazine recognized him as being one of Cincinnati's "Outstanding Educators". End earned his undergraduate degree from Xavier in 1996 and his Ph.D. from Miami University in 2002.

Daniel Walters is in his fourth season on Richard Pitino’s staff and his first as Assistant Coach for Player Development at Xavier. Walters served as video coordinator at New Mexico in 2024-25 and added the assistant coach title as well. Walters joined the New Mexico men’s basketball staff in June of 2022. He came to New Mexico after serving as the video coordinator at South Alabama for the previous two seasons. New Mexico posted a 27-8 overall record last season and reached the second round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament with a first-round win over Marquette. New Mexico posted a 17-3 league record and won the 2024-25 Mountain West Conference Regular Season Championship. The 2024-25 Lobos were led by three All-Mountain West honorees, including 2024-25 Mountain West Player of the Year Donovan Dent. UNM had a 26-10 record in 2023-24, won the Mountain West Championship and returned to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2014. The Lobos downed Air Force, and three NCAA Tournament teams, Boise State, Colorado State and San Diego State, on consecutive days in Las Vegas to become the first team in Mountain West history to win the conference tournament by winning four games. Derek Goeglein is an accomplished higher education professional with nearly a decade of experience in student affairs, event management, and program development. A proud 2016 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Education, Derek went on to earn his Master's in Higher Education from Florida State University in 2018. Throughout his career, he has supervised professional and student staff, led student programming initiatives, and revitalized summer programs. Derek began his career in Residence Life as an Area Coordinator at the University of Dayton, later advancing to progressively more responsibility at the University of Cincinnati, before joining Xavier University in 2023. At Xavier, he first served as Assistant Director of the Gallagher Student Center before transitioning to his current role as Director of Events and Conferences, where he oversees large-scale event execution and strategic conference operations. Ethan Landon joined Billy O'Conner's staff as pitching coach in July 2025. Landon came to Xavier after spending the 2025 season at Toledo. At Toledo, Landon coached a pitching staff of 22 student-athletes and served as recruiting coordinator for pitchers. In 2025, Landon helped lead the Rockets to a 32-29 record, with Toledo's pitching posting a MAC-best 5.26 ERA. The Rockets finished the season with 428 strikeouts, a top-five mark in program history. Following the 2025 season, two members of the Rockets' pitching staff earned All-MAC honors, with lefty Jacob Tabor earning a spot on the MAC First Team, and right-hander Brady Sasse earning MAC Freshman Pitcher of the Year as well as Second Team honors.Prior to his time at Toledo, Landon spent two seasons at Troy University as the Trojans' pitching coach. He helped Troy to an NCAA regional appearance and 40-win season in 2023, followed by a 37-22 record in 2024. Troy set program records with 636 strikeouts and 21 saves in 2023. Troy's pitching staff earned a pair of 2023 All-Sun Belt selections in first-team pick Grayson Stewart and second-team pick Noah Manning. In 2023, Landon also coached right-handed pitcher Zach Fruit, who was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles, and righty Ben Thompson, who signed with the Los Angeles Angels. Gil Weinstein was hired as the women's basketball head strength and conditioning coach in August of 2024. Weinstein spent the 2023-24 season as the director of basketball performance at the University of New Orleans, working directly with both basketball programs. He also worked with the beach volleyball team. From 2022-23, Weinstein served as a strength and conditioning coach assistant at the University of Miami. He worked with both basketball programs during his time in Coral Gables. The men's basketball team reached the NCAA Final Four for the first time in program history, while the women's basketball team advanced to the NCAA Elite Eight – another program first. Weinstein served as the head strength and conditioning coach at Even Yehuda basketball club and Target Basketball Academy from 2020-21. Weinstein is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), a sport nutrition specialist (SNS) and is CPR/AED certified. The Netanya, Israel, native holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Ruppin Academic Center ('21) and a master's degree in applied physiology from the University of Miami ('22).

Greg Christopher took on an expanded set of responsibilities in 2023, assuming the role of Xavier University's Vice President for Institutional Strategy and Director of Athletics after five years as Vice President for Administration and Director of Athletics. In this new role, Christopher is focused on Xavier's positioning, as XU continues on its path of institutional and strategic advancement. He will continue to serve on the president's leadership cabinet and oversee Intercollegiate Athletics. Thanks to a generous endowment, Christopher's position title changed to Harmon Family Vice President and Director of Athletics in November. The NCAA Board of Governors appointed Christopher to the Constitution Committee in 2021, which led to his current work on the Transformation Committee. Christopher, who has served as Director of Athletics since May of 2013, took over as AD as Xavier was preparing for its first season in the BIG EAST Conference. He oversees Xavier's 19 intercollegiate athletic programs and 300 student-athletes. Under his guidance, Xavier Athletics has won 29 BIG EAST Conference team titles, including tournament and regular season championships, in XU's first 12 years in the conference. Following the 2017-18 season, Christopher was named the Division I-AAA Under Armour Athletics Director of the Year. Christopher received the 2020 Mike Cleary Organizational Leadership Award. Greg Lautzenheiser was promoted to director of athletic communications in July of 2019 after previously serving as assistant director of athletic communications from August 2014 - June 2019. He is the primary contact for men's soccer, women's basketball, men's and women's golf and cross country/track and field in addition to being the point person for GoXavier.com. He also supervises the undergraduate student staff and postgraduate intern. Lautzenheiser previously worked at Eastern Illinois University from 2011-14. He served as an assistant sports information director with the Panthers, working with the men's basketball, baseball, men's soccer and women's soccer programs. Lautzenheiser also worked as an athletic communications intern at Western Carolina in the fall of 2010 and was a graduate assistant in athletic communications at Western Illinois from 2008-10. The Van Wert, Ohio, native earned a bachelor's in sports management and a minor in journalism from Bowling Green State University in 2008. He also holds a master's degree in recreation, parks and tourism administration from Western Illinois ('10).

Hayley Schletker was named Assistant Director of Athletic Communications in June 2019. Her duties include acting as primary athletic communications contact for women's soccer, baseball men's and women's swimming and men's and women's tennis, as well as social media and communications support for Xavier's 18 programs, and other special projects for the Athletics Director's office. Schletker joined the Xavier Athletic Communications team in the summer of 2014 as an intern while completing the sport administration graduate program at XU and joined the full time staff as Athletic Communications Messaging Assistant in August 2016. She primarily worked with the Xavier women's soccer and men's and women's swimming programs, as well as assisting with other departmental needs including playing an integral part in the launch of the department's new website through digital partner SIDEARM Sports in the summer of 2015. Prior to coming to Xavier, Schletker spent time as part of the creative services team for the Cincinnati Reds. She also previously worked for the Cincinnati Area Chapter of the American Red Cross. In addition to holding a master's in education in sport administration (Xavier '14), Schletker also earned a bachelor's in journalism with a minor in sociology from Kentucky in 2008.

Isaac Chew, who has experience coaching in four different power conferences, enters his fifth season on Richard Pitino’s coaching staff in 2025-26 and his first as the Crawford Family Associate Head Coach at Xavier. After his first three seasons as an assistant coach at New Mexico, he was promoted to Associate Head Coach in 2024. Chew has served as an assistant coach at the NCAA Division I level since 2007 (18 years) and has guided six different programs to the postseason. He has led teams to seven championships, including Mountain West titles in each of the last two seasons. Prior to arriving at New Mexico, Chew spent time with Murray State (2007-11), Missouri (2011-12), Marquette (2012-14), Virginia Tech (2014-16), Texas A&M (2016-19) and Grand Canyon (2019-21). Over his career, Chew has coached several NBA draft selections, including Robert Williams III (2018), Isaiah Canaan (2013), Marcus Denmon (2012) and Kim English (2012). He has also helped lead teams to six NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the Elite Eight in 2013 and Sweet 16 in 2018. Last season Chew helped guide the Lobos to a 27-8 overall record and the second round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament with a first-round win over Marquette, one of Xavier’s BIG EAST rivals. Jill Finch serves as the Business Operations Manager for Events and Conferences at Xavier University, where she manages operational logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure each event runs seamlessly, fostering a welcoming and professional environment that reflects Xavier's commitment to excellence. A member of the Xavier community since 2019, Jill previously served as the Coordinator for Student Involvement. She earned her degree in Biology from Thiel College, where she was a proud member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority. Originally from Toledo, she now resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband, Adam, and their daughter, Mackenzie.

He managed a portfolio of nearly 200 donors and raised over million dollars annually, including multiple six-figure gifts. Prior to working in fundraising, Sullivan served as the director of football player personnel at Boston College (2019-22) and football recruiting assistant at Boston College (2016-19). He also served as the director of basketball operations at Harvard during the 2015-16 season. Sullivan was a graduate assistant men's basketball coach and undergraduate team manager at Xavier from 2010-15. Julia Ray was hired as an assistant strength and conditioning coach in July of 2024. She brings five years of coaching experience to Xavier. Ray previously worked at Ignition APG (2019-24) as a performance coach, working with student-athletes at Thomas More University and Wilmington College. She also worked in business operations at Ignition APG. Ray has experience as a performance coach at RedLine Athletics (2017-19) and the University of Cincinnati (2019). She also served as the assistant general manager at RedLine Athletics. Ray also has experience as a volleyball coach the last five years, working with Madeira Middle and High Schools, Elevation and NKYVC. Ray holds the following certifications: National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, USA Weightlifting Certified Level 1 Coach and American Red Cross First Aid / CPR / AED Certified.

Xavier women’s soccer head coach Dean Ward announced the addition of Katie Smith as an assistant coach in February 2025. Smith came to Xavier from Pittsburg State in Pittsburg, Kansas, where she was a foundational piece to the creation of the women’s soccer program. In the team’s inaugural season, Smith helped lead the Gorillas to an overall record of 8-8-2. Smith has also served as head coach of the newly founded Marshall Islands Women’s National Team since May 2024, with the team set to have its first fixture in 2025. Smith joined Pittsburg State from Arkansas State, where was an assistant coach for the Red Wolves in 2023. Prior to her time at Arkansas State, Smith served as an assistant coach at Northwest Mississippi Community College during the 2022 season, helping lead the program to a final four appearance at the NJCAA national tournament. In 2022, Smith also coached Collierville High School, with the team finishing the season ranked third in the state of Tennessee, and at the men’s USL 2 level with Tri-Cities FC, helping lead the team to the most points in a single season in club history. Smith began her coaching career leading both the boy’s and girls’ varsity soccer programs at Fayette Academy in Tennessee. Kristin Janes was hired as an Athletic Academic Specialist in the Student-Athlete Academic Support Services office in October of 2022. She was promoted to Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Academic Support Services in January of 2025. Prior to her arrival at Xavier, Janes was the Head Softball Coach at NCAA Division II Ferris State University from 2017-22. She was responsible for all aspects of the Bulldog softball program, excelling both in the classroom and on the field. During her tenure, Janes produced 69 GLIAC All-Academic Award winners, 47 NFCA All-Academic Award winners and two All-American Academic Award winners. In 2022, the Bulldogs achieved the eighth highest team GPA in Division II Softball, as well as 18 Bulldogs earning NFCA Academic All-American status, the most across all of NCAA Division II. She also produced 15 All-GLIAC award winners, two NFCA All-Region Award winners, three All-District winners, one NFCA National Pitcher of the Week and seven GLIAC Player of the Week honorees. In 2022, the Bulldogs achieved the first postseason win since 2016 and climbed from eighth to fourth in the GLIAC standings. Before Ferris State, Janes made two coaching stops in the State of Kansas. From 2012-17, Janes was at the helm of the Greyhound softball program at Fort Scott (Kan.) Community College. Leslie Fields was hired in the summer of 2018 as the Assistant Director for Compliance. She was promoted to Director for Compliance in January of 2020 and then promoted again to Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance in July of 2022. From 2013-17, Fields served as the Senior Woman Administrator/Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Student Services at Northern Kentucky. She oversaw all compliance activities for 17 sports programs, including monitoring, rules education for a variety of constituents and reporting to the university and the NCAA. She served as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Athletics at NKU and helped the university's transition from NCAA Division II to NCAA Division I. Fields also supervised the academic advisor staff. Louis Goldsmith was hired as a academic mentor in Xavier's Student-Athlete Academic Support Services Department in August of 2023. He was promoted to Athletic Academic Specialist in January of 2025. Goldsmith has multiple years of girls' basketball coaching experience, and is currently coaching at Ursuline Academy and Midwest Takeover AAU. Goldsmith holds his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law. During law school, he spent time as corporate counsel intern at Globetrotters Engineering Corporation in Chicago. He also worked in the football coach and executive representation business at Harlan Sports Management. The Cincinnati, Ohio, native holds a bachelor's degree in sport management and minor in writing from the University of Michigan. During his time in Ann Arbor, he served as the head student manager for the women's basketball program, working alongside coaches and players during both practices and games, while also accompanying them on road trips.

Madison Kalb was hired as the assistant director for fan engagement in June of 2024. Kalb arrives on Victory Parkway after five years at Northern Kentucky University, most recently as the coordinator of marketing and promotions. Kalb developed and implemented marketing plans for women's basketball and baseball in 2023-24 and assisted with the marketing plans for men's basketball. She also oversaw game presentation at basketball games and managed the undergraduate internship program. The Augusta, Ky., native holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northern Kentucky ('20) and a master of business administration from Northern Kentucky ('23).

Mallory Bechtold was named the assistant athletics director for fan engagement in June of 2024. Bechtold joins the Musketeers after serving as the coordinator for partnership services at Xavier Sports Properties/LEARFIELD for the last five years (2019-24). She served as a liaison between corporate partners, property staff and the Xavier Athletics Department. Matt Jennings was hired in 2007 as a member of the athletics strength and conditioning staff. He was promoted to Assistant Athletics Director for Strength and Conditioning in April of 2021. Jennings oversees the strength and conditioning for all of Xavier's 19 NCAA Division I teams. Jennings’ previous experience includes time as a strength coach at Wake Forest University, the University of South Carolina and High Point University in addition to a graduate assistant position at the University of Tennessee and an internship with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He came to Xavier from High Point University, where he had been the head strength and conditioning coach since June of 2007. Jennings, who was born in Winston-Salem, N.C., received a bachelor of arts degree in physical education and exercise sports science from North Carolina in 1996. Jennings also was a two-year member of the Tar Heel football team. Jennings completed a master’s degree in sport administration from Tennessee in 1998. He is a member of the CSCCA (Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association) and holds the certification of MSCC (Master Strength and Conditioning Coach). Jennings and his wife, Jill, are the proud parents of three children, Delaney, Zachary and Jacob. Matt Witte was named the Xavier Women's Basketball Graduate Assistant in August of 2025. He supports all areas of the program in his new role. Witte was a student manager for the Xavier Women's Basketball program from 2021-25, assisting in the day-to-day operations of the program. He graduated from Xavier in the spring of 2025 with a bachelor's of science degree in sport and fitness administration.

Patrick Lodes, who is in his third year at Xavier, was promoted to Assistant Athletics Director for Ticketing and Premium Seating. He is a tireless worker and received this opportunity following his strong performance directing ticket operations and sales efforts. Lodes, a 2022 Xavier University graduate who has also recently completed his MBA, initially returned to Victory Parkway as ticket sales manager following his time as an account executive at Marquette University. Over the last year, Lodes has led Xavier's ticket office on an interim basis following a transition last summer. Prior to working at Marquette, Lodes was an intern in the Xavier Athletic Ticket Office from 2019-22. He also worked as a corporate partnerships intern for the Milwaukee Brewers in 2021 and a marketing intern for the Kenosha Kingfish in 2020. Billy O'Conner announced Riley Bertram's promotion to recruiting coordinator in Fall 2025. Bertram joined Xavier’s staff in Fall 2023, helping the Musketeers to 30-plus wins and a Top 50 RPI in each of the last two seasons. The 2024 Musketeers collected 30 victories against the 25th hardest schedule overall and third hardest non-conference schedule. In BIG EAST play, Xavier went 12-9, earning the No. 4 seed the BIG EAST Tournament. Last season’s Musketeer squad finished with 32 wins, taking on the fifth hardest non-conference schedule in the nation. Xavier posted a 14-7 record in BIG EAST play, earning the No. 3 seed in the BIG EAST Tournament. Bertram, originally from Zionsville, Ind., played a middle infielder in college, and spent the 2023 season as a grad student at Clemson after spending four seasons at Michigan. For his career, Bertram was a .275 hitter with a .365 slugging percentage and .373 on-base percentage through 195 games. In his five collegiate seasons, he made 174 starts, drove in 110 RBIs and scored 115 runs. On defense Bertram, finished his college career with a .967 fielding percentage. During the 2023 season at Clemson, Bertram was a team captain, earning ACC All-Tournament First Team honors after helping the Tigers to the tournament championship. Xavier Vice President for Administration and Director of Athletics Greg Christopher announced the hiring of Sam Burroughs as the Musketeers new Head Coach for Cross Country and Track and Field on Jan. 4, 2021. During his time at Xavier, he has coached student-athletes to 93 top-10 finishes in the Xavier cross country and track and field record books - including nine school-record performances. He has also coached three runners who participated in the NCAA Track and Field East Regionals. Burroughs has over 24 years of collegiate experience. He has coached 96 individual conference champions and 48 individual NCAA qualifiers, while leading 18 teams to conference championship titles. Burroughs joined the Musketeers after previously working as associate head coach at Cincinnati from 2013-20. He guided the men’s cross country team to six top-five finishes at the AAC Cross Country Championships, including two runner-up finishes. Burroughs also assisted in helping the women’s cross country team place fifth at the conference championships in 2019 – the team’s highest finish since joining the conference in 2013. Burroughs helped the Bearcats set seven school records and coached four NCAA individual qualifiers. Academically, the men’s and women’s cross country programs combined to post perfect APR scores five times. Prior to Cincinnati, Burroughs was the head cross country coach at North Texas (2010-13). Sarah Naas was named associate director of student-athlete academic support services in January of 2021. She previously served as assistant director for athletic academic services at Louisiana Tech from 2018-20. At Louisiana Tech, Naas worked as the academic advisor for the football program. She also supervised graduate assistants, interns, student workers and tutors within the academic services department. Prior to Louisiana Tech, Naas worked at Western Kentucky from 2014-18 in the student-athlete success center. She served as an intern/tutoring coordinator from 2014-16 before serving as a graduate assistant in the department from 2016-17. In 2017, Naas was promoted to a full-time position at Western Kentucky. She served as the athletic academic coordinator from 2017-18, primarily working with the following teams: women's basketball, women's tennis, softball and football. The Barlow, Ky., native earned bachelor's degrees in sports management and public relations from Western Kentucky in 2016. She also holds a master's degree in recreation and sport administration from Western Kentucky and is currently pursing a doctor of education degree in educational leadership.

Sarah is a Miami University graduate with four years of experience in change management consulting, specializing in ERP implementations. Her passion for events began with founding 2Eyes.JustDrive, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting distraction-free driving, and expanded through launching NKY/Cincinnati Adult Women's Fastpitch league. Sarah owns and operates Sunday Afternoon Picnics, a small business offering luxurious, customizable experiences. Seth Breitenstein joined Xavier in 2013 as the Director of Athletics Development. He was promoted to Assistant Athletics Director for Development in 2015 and then promoted again in 2021 to Associate Athletics Director for Development. Breitenstein leads all the development efforts for Xavier Athletics, including major gift fundraising and the All For One Fund. Prior to Xavier, he was the Assistant Athletics Director of Development at Loyola Chicago. Over a two year period, the Rambler Varsity Club increased by 35 percent and had record highs in annual athletic giving. Prior to his arrival at Loyola, Breitenstein spent two years in the athletics development office at Ohio University. He managed sales and renewals for 1,400 premium football seats, coordinated The Experience, OU's VIP football event for top-tier donors, coordinated donor visits and managed courtside seating for basketball, among other duties. Before his time at Ohio, Breitenstein worked in the marketing and operations departments for the Triple A Durham Bulls. He also served a short stint in the development office for the Nashville Sports Council and Music City Bowl, Inc., where he assisted in sponsorship acquisition for the Music City Bowl and also played a role in securing the winning bid for the 2013 NCAA Women's Basketball Final Four in Nashville. Shaun Mahoney was named associate head coach in May of 2022. He was previously the associate head coach at the University of Indianapolis from 2017-22. In three seasons at Xavier (2022-24), Mahoney has coached six players to All-BIG EAST honors, including 2022 BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Year, Cole Jensen. He has also coached three MLS Draft Picks, including Matthew Senanou in 2024 - the highest draft pick in school history (sixth overall pick to the Colorado Rapids). Mahoney helped Cole Jensen earn USC All-American Third Team honors in 2022, becoming only the second player in school history to earn the honors. Mahoney helped the Musketeers win the 2023 BIG EAST Tournament, the first in program history. Xavier advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the fifth time in school history and the first time since 2014. The Musketeers also had two top-25 wins during the season. Mahoney helped the Greyhounds post a 72-17-11 (.775) record in five seasons on the bench. UIndy also won two conference titles and advanced to three NCAA Tournaments, including two NCAA National Semifinal Appearances. Mahoney also helped coach 35 all-conference players, including four “Player of the Year” honorees (1 Freshman of the Year, 2 Offensive Players’ of the Year, 2 Defensive Players’ of the Year). Prior to UIndy, Mahoney was the head men’s soccer coach at his alma mater, Franklin College, from 2006-16. He finished his career as the program’s leader in wins. Stephen Crossman was hired as ticket sales manager in January of 2019. He was promoted to Director of the All For One Fund in April of 2024. Crossman previously worked as an account executive for IMGL at West Virginia University from 2016-18. At West Virginia, Crossman sold over 5,000 football group tickets and helped generate over $750,000 in gross revenue for football and men's basketball. Prior to West Virginia, he was an account executive for IMGL at Auburn University for eight months where he helped with football and ticket sales. Crossman also served as assistant director for marketing and sales at Ohio University (2015-16) and was a marketing intern for the Bobcats from 2014-15. He was also a marketing assistant for the Dayton Dragons in 2013. Crossman earned a bachelor's degree in sports management from Ohio University in May of 2015.

Susan Cross Lipnickey joined Xavier as its new Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Welfare and Senior Woman Administrator in 2014. She was promoted to Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Resources and SWA in July of 2022. Lipnickey came to Xavier from nearby Miami University, where she served in multiple roles on and off campus. Lipnickey, an Associate Professor in Miami's Department of Kinesiology and Health, has served as the school's NCAA Faculty Athletics Representative since 1999. Lipnickey, a native of Walpole, Massachusetts, moved to Oxford, Ohio, in 1978 to begin her Miami teaching career. Outside of her Miami duties, Lipnickey has been a practicing attorney since 1991. Nationally, she is involved at the NCAA level, serving on the Division I Infractions Appeals Committee since 2006 and the Division I Leadership Council since 2008. Lipnickey is a Slippery Rock graduate, with a master's degree from Purdue University, a Ph.D. from Ohio State and J.D. from Northern Kentucky.

Tarvish Felton enters his fourth season as an assistant coach under Richard Pitino and his first as a Xavier Assistant Coach. Felton was at New Mexico for three seasons with Pitino (2022-25) after spending the previous four seasons at Fresno State, the last two as associate head coach. Felton has over 25 years of coaching experience. Prior to his tenure at Fresno State, he spent 10 seasons as an assistant coach at Utah State as the Aggies transitioned from the WAC to the Mountain West. He also spent time on the staffs of Southern Utah, Sacramento State, Cal State Los Angeles, along with four years as the first ever head coach at Texas A&M-International. Last season Felton helped guide the Lobos to a 27-8 overall record and the second round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament with a first-round win over Marquette. New Mexico posted a 17-3 league record and won the 2024-25 Mountain West Conference Regular Season Championship. The 2024-25 Lobos were led by three All-Mountain West honorees, including 2024-25 Mountain West Player of the Year Donovan Dent. In the 2023-24 season, Felton helped guide New Mexico to a 26-10 record, winning the Mountain West Championship and returning to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2014. The Lobos downed Air Force, and three NCAA Tournament teams, Boise State, Colorado State and San Diego State, on consecutive days in Las Vegas to become the first team in Mountain West history to win the conference tournament by winning four games. Taylor Lewis is an Event Coordinator who enjoys bringing people together through memorable events. She earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Eastern Kentucky University. After years of planning and hosting in upscale club settings, she has learned how to blend style, creativity, and organization. Before joining the team, Taylor worked as Manager of Hospitality and Events at The University Club at Arlington with Eastern Kentucky University, where she oversaw everything from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her Dachshund. Whether it's a big campus celebration or a small get-together, she is dedicated to making every event run smoothly and feel special.

Tom Eiser, Xavier University Associate Athletics Director for Communications, is in his 40th year directing the Athletic Communications Office, which handles communications, media relations, web site, social media, publicity, publications, record-keeping and research for his alma mater's 19 NCAA Division I sports. In addition to his Xavier duties, Eiser serves on the BIG EAST Conference Academic Affairs Committee. Eiser, who was honored with the Sports Executive Lifetime Achievement Award from the Cincinnati Sports Professional Network in 2015, began his professional career in sports information as Assistant SID in the 1985-86 school year at the University of Detroit. He was a student assistant SID at Xavier as an undergraduate from 1980-84, serving four years as the school's first-ever women's basketball SID. A big part of the focus of Eiser's attention currently is the nationally-ranked men's basketball program. He's enjoyed promoting XU basketball during 27 of its 30 all-time NCAA appearances, while assisting the host sites of numerous men's and women's basketball tournaments, including several Final Fours. Eiser's 2019-20 men's basketball media guide was voted "Second-Best in the Nation" by CoSIDA, the fifth time in 10 years that the Xavier men's basketball guide has been ranked among the top three in the country.
