Biography
Cole Ouren joined the Baylor soccer staff in January of 2022 and will serve as assistant coach. In addition to recruiting, Ouren will help oversee match and video analysis in addition to individual player development. He comes to Baylor from Central Christian where he served as the head women's soccer coach in 2021 and 2022. During his second year as assistant coach for the Bears, Ouren helped develop the young team and led the Bears back to the Big 12 Championship during the 3023 season. He helped the offense and defense to get the Bears back on track by doubling the win and goal totals from the 2022 season. In his first year with the Bears, Ouren developed the players with a new style of play while also focusing on recruiting. He led the Bears to four wins with a challenging schedule that included 21-time national champion North Carolina.
