Head Coach
In just three seasons at Clemson, Head Coach Allison Kwolek has led the Tigers to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament, an ACC Semifinal berth, and a national ranking as high as No. 6 in the country. Kwolek had the Tigers ranked in the Top 20 in each of her first 2 season, including as high as No. 14 in their inaugural season. After a 14-7 record and final national ranking of No. 12 in 2025, Kwolek has a 99-34 (.744) record in her last 8 seasons as a head coach. And the momentum continues as the No. 1 recruiting class in the country comes to Clemson for the 2026 season, led by No. 1 ranked Alexa Spallina and No. 2 ranked Emma Penczek. Kwolek has now led two different programs to top-10 national rankings in 3 of her last 5 seasons. And that is leading two programs who combine for just one top-10 ranking without Kwolek as the head coach. The 2025 Tigers moved up to No. 6 in the country after road wins over No. 5 Syracuse and No. 11 Notre Dame in the span of seven days. Kwolek had led the University of Richmond into the top-10 in each of her final two seasons, before taking the head coaching job at Clemson, which did not compete until 2022. Kwolek’s success in the postseason continued in 2025 as she picked up her third postseason win in three seasons at Clemson and the 14th postseason victory of her career. After reaching the 2025 ACC Semifinals with a 15-7 win over NCAA Quarterfinalist and No. 9 ranked Duke, Kwolek led Clemson to an 11-8 win over No. 15 ranked Navy to advance to

Associate Head Coach
Associate Head Coach Bill Olin enters his fourth season with the Tigers and his third as Associate Head Coach, a position he earned after just one year with the program. Olin helped lead Clemson to its best season yet in 2025, as the Tigers set a program record with 14 wins and went 6-3 in ACC play to finish tied for fourth. The Tigers advanced to the ACC semifinals and earned their first NCAA Tournament berth, where they won a first-round game against No. 16 Navy to reach the Sweet 16. Clemson recorded four victories over Top-15 opponents, including wins over No. 5 Syracuse and No. 9 Duke, and climbed as high as No. 6 nationally. Under Olin, the Clemson defense established itself as one of the nation’s elite, finishing the year ranked in the top 10 nationally in scoring defense. Summer Agostino emerged as one of the premier defenders in the country, ranking seventh nationally in caused turnovers per game, while midfielder Natalie Shurtleff earned All-America honors as a standout two-way presence. Agostino joined Shurtleff on the All-America list, giving Clemson two national honorees. Goalie Emily Lamparter also earned Second-Team All-ACC and First-Team All-Region honors. In all, the Tigers produced 11 All-ACC selections over the past two years. The program’s trajectory was built on early success. In its 2023 inaugural season, Clemson finished 12-6 overall, won four ACC games, and reached No. 14 in the national rankings. Olin, serving as the lead offensive coach, helped guide

In her first campaign with the Tigers, Esposito helped lead Clemson to program records in points, goals, shots, shots on goal and man-up goals. In the first year under her direction, several players saw career numbers and breakout years. Natalie Shurtleff continued to grow as a two-way phenom with 57 points and the second-most assists on the team (21) in 2025. The draw circle also saw massive improvements under Esposito. Under her tutelage, primary draw taker Kira Balis exploded for a Clemson record 148 draw controls in her freshman season, including the top-two single-game Clemson draw control records with 20 and 18 against Queens and Stetson, respectively, and was ultimately rewarded with an All-ACC Third Team and an IWLCA Second-Team All-South Region accolades. Two of the top three and three of the top 10 single-game team draw control records came during Esposito’s first year in charge of the circle. Esposito joined the Clemson Women’s Lacrosse coaching st

Coach Landyn White is entering her second season with the Tigers after being hired in July 2024. Before beginning her coaching career at Clemson, White was a six-year letter-winner for the UConn Huskies. In her first year with Clemson, White helped senior Emily Lamparter to secure a top five season statistically in the ACC in terms of save percentage, total saves and goals against average. Additionally, she helped establish the Clemson defense as one of the nation’s elite with the Tigers ranking top 10 nationally in scoring defense. White was a standout player at UConn, where White earned numerous accolades, including being thrice-named the Big East Goalie of the Year, Inside Lacrosse All-American Honorable Mention, USA Lacrosse All-American Honorable Mention, a IWLCA All-Northeast Region First Team honoree, twice named to the IWLCA All-Northeast Region Second Team and Big East All-Tournament Team. As a goalie, she recorded over 700 saves, with 217 coming in her fifth year, setting a single-season program record for the Huskies. “Landyn obviously was a tremendous goalkeeper on three-straight NCAA Tournament teams at UConn, but she also has been coaching at the youth and club level throughout her collegiate career. As an Atlanta native, Landyn already has an understanding of what makes this place so special and will be a tremendous addition to the staff. We’re thrilled to add two women of this caliber to our staff,” said Head Coach Allison Kwolek. White graduated from UConn in
