The Kepner File 19th season at College of Charleston Overall Record: 387-201 (.658) Record at CofC: Same Three-time Coach of the Year (2013, 2017 CAA; 2008 SoCon) 10 Conference championships Six NCAA appearances One NIVC Semifinal appearance Jason Kepner concluded his 19th season as the head coach of the College of Charleston volleyball program in the fall of 2024 as the school’s all-time wins leader with an overall record of 387-201 and a conference mark of 227-77. 2025 (Overall Record: 18-10, CAA: 12-4) Caroline Noonan earned 2025 CAA Volleyball Rooke of the Year and First Team All-CAA honors. Noonan is the first player in program history to earn the honor since CofC joined the CAA in 2013. Noonan is also the first CAA volleyball player since at least 2013 to earn Offensive, Defensive and Rookie of the Week honors in the same season. Jumana Martin compiled a dominant freshman campaign at the libero position, finishing with 575 digs and 5.13 digs per set, both good for seventh in a single season in school history in the Rally Scoring Era. Martin earned Second Team All-CAA and CAA All-Rookie Team honors. Martin's digs and digs per set were good for ninth nationally. Izzy Marinelli and Lauren Dow also earned Second Team All-CAA selections. Charleston posted a 12-3 record at home, went 12-4 in CAA play and made the postseason for the sixth consecutive season.
