Noonan is the first player in program history to earn the honor since CofC joined the CAA in 2013. Noonan is also the first CAA volleyball player since at least 2013 to earn Offensive, Defensive and Rookie of the Week honors in the same season. Jumana Martin compiled a dominant freshman campaign at the libero position, finishing with 575 digs and 5.13 digs per set, both good for seventh in a single season in school history in the Rally Scoring Era. Martin earned Second Team All-CAA and CAA All-Rookie Team honors. Martin's digs and digs per set were good for ninth nationally. Izzy Marinelli and Lauren Dow also earned Second Team All-CAA selections. Charleston posted a 12-3 record at home, went 12-4 in CAA play and made the postseason for the sixth consecutive season. Harris helped lead Charleston to one of its best seasons in program history, finishing as regular season and conference champions with a trip to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2017. CofC's 17 home victories in the regular season were the most among non-Power 4 programs and only second to Nebraska's 18. Harris aided in the Cougars success in 2025, which featured freshman Caroline Noonan earn the program's first CAA Rookie of the Year honor since joining the conference. Harris previously spent three seasons as the head coach at NJCAA Division I Indian River State. While at Indian River State, her programs earned USMC/AVCA All-Academic Award and NJCAA All-Academic Team Awards. She saw several players move on to NCAA and NAIA programs following their completion with the program. Prior to her time at Indian River State, Harris was an assistant coach at Yavapai College for two seasons. ing her time has an assistant, Harris helped Yavapai to a 20-win and Region Championship season in her first year with the team. She helped the Roughriders win their first Region Championship in four years while remaining in the NJCAA DI Volleyball Top 20 Poll for seven consecutive weeks. Morey is responsible for the communication and creative efforts for the Cougars' baseball, volleyball, sailing and equestrian programs. In his first year at CofC, Morey helped promote 2025 MLB draft pick Jake Brink and CSC Academic All-American Caitlyn Callahan. Prior to his arrival in Charleston, Morey had a ten month stint at Syracuse University, where he worked with the 2023 national champion men's soccer team and the Orange's softball program. While with Syracuse, Morey aided in the promotion of Jeorgio Kocevski, who was named the program's first ACC Midfielder of the Year, in addition to being drafted in the first round of the 2024 Major League Soccer SuperDraft. Morey also successfully publicized a second draft pick, three signees and a CSC Academic All-American. Morey spent two years as a graduate assistant at Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y., where he worked with baseball, softball, men's and women's soccer and swimming and diving. During his tenure, he also helped with overseeing all graphic design and social media efforts within the department. Morey was the contact when the softball program won back-to-back regular season championships, including the 2022 conference title. Lesley was elevated to that position in July of 2021 and serves as the athletic department's primary academic leader. In that role, she hires, manages and evaluates a team of academic advisors, an academic coordinator and a student workforce to enhance the student-athlete academic experience. Lesley earned her undergraduate degree in special education with a concentration in hearing and speech communication disorders from Ohio University. She earned her master's degree at the College of Charleston in teaching and learning advocacy as well as an ESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certification through College of Charleston. Lesley was also a recognized presenter at both the University South Carolina Drive in Conference in February of 2019 and the South Carolina Athletic Trainer's Association Annual Symposium in July of 2018. Originally from Waterville, Ohio, Lesley moved to the South in 2013 and spent her first four years as a special education teacher in the Charleston area. She resides in Johns Island with her husband John Scott Lesley, daughter Maize, son Tate and dog Pearl. In her spare time, you can find her at sporting events around the area, at the beach or enjoying the amazing restaurants Charleston has to offer.

In 2023, Taylor helped Belmont earn its first trip to the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Tournament since joining the conference, winning its first postseason contest since 2015. During the campaign, the Bruins also collected their first Power 5 victory since 2014, defeating Syracuse in straight sets. "I am beyond excited to join Charleston volleyball to work with Jason and the rest of the staff," said Taylor. "I cannot wait to be a part of this program and continue to maintain the championship culture that's been built here." Taylor began her coaching career as a volunteer assistant in 2020 following her playing career at her alma mater, Eastern Michigan. A four-year starter with the Eagles from 2016-19, Taylor ranks eighth all-time in Eastern Michigan history in career assists, tenth in career service aces and was a five-time Mid-American Conference (MAC) setter of the week. Taylor played a key role in the Eagles' run to a 2018 MAC Championship and NCAA Tournament berth.
