Jordan Harris

Biography

Jordan Harris concluded her second season as an assistant coach with the Cougars in 2025. Harris helped lead Charleston to one of its best seasons in program history, finishing as regular season and conference champions with a trip to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2017. CofC's 17 home victories in the regular season were the most among non-Power 4 programs and only second to Nebraska's 18. Harris aided in the Cougars success in 2025, which featured freshman Caroline Noonan earn the program's first CAA Rookie of the Year honor since joining the conference. Harris previously spent three seasons as the head coach at NJCAA Division I Indian River State. While at Indian River State, her programs earned USMC/AVCA All-Academic Award and NJCAA All-Academic Team Awards. She saw several players move on to NCAA and NAIA programs following their completion with the program. Prior to her time at Indian River State, Harris was an assistant coach at Yavapai College for two seasons. ing her time has an assistant, Harris helped Yavapai to a 20-win and Region Championship season in her first year with the team. She helped the Roughriders win their first Region Championship in four years while remaining in the NJCAA DI Volleyball Top 20 Poll for seven consecutive weeks. She helped coach four All-ACCAC selections including Yavapai’s first Libero of the Year while also including three All-Region picks, and a second team All-American.
