Brian Rosen was named head coach of the Creighton Volleyball program on April 6, 2025. The 2024 AVCA National Assistant Coach of the Year, Rosen spent the previous three seasons at Creighton as assistant coach (2022-2023) and associate head coach (2024). During his tenure, he served as the program's recruiting coordinator, worked with middle blockers, organized practices, and scouted opponents. Creighton compiled an 88-13 record with Rosen on the bench, with an .871 winning percentage ranking third nationally. The Bluejays swept BIG EAST regular-season and tournament titles each year, reached the Sweet 16 in 2023, and the Elite Eight in 2024. Before Creighton, Rosen was head coach at Division II Nova Southeastern (2019-2021) with a 45-17 record, leading the Sharks to their first 20-win season since 2008 and first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2009. He previously served as associate head coach at Davidson College and head coach at Providence High School and Charlotte Country Day School, where he compiled a 169-66 record with two state championships. Rosen earned his bachelor's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina (2008) and his Master's in Leadership from Nova Southeastern (2024). He was recognized as a Volleyball Magazine College Coaching Hotshot in 2023 and received the AVCA Thirty Under 30 award in 2013.

Adam Kessenich is in his third season as an assistant coach at Creighton. He coaches the defensive specialists, helps with scouting, recruiting and camps. Kessenich also handles operations duties such as team meals and travel. Creighton has swept BIG EAST regular-season and tournament titles in both years with Kessenich, going a combined 61-8. CU went to the Elite Eight in 2024 after a Sweet 16 trip in his first season on staff. Before moving to Omaha, Kessenich spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Northeastern, where he was involved in player development, match scouting and recruiting for the Huskies. NU reached the CAA Tournament final during the 2020 season. Prior to his time at Northeastern, Kessenich spent the 2018 and 2019 seasons as a volunteer assistant coach at Minnesota. The Gophers went 54-10 during those two seasons, winning the Big Ten title in 2018 and reaching the Final Four in 2019. Kessenich previously served as head coach of the Milwaukee Sting Volleyball Club Boys 17 Gold team in 2017 and was an assistant with the Boys 16 Gold team in 2016. During that span, Kessenich also coached at Shorewood High School, where he was the girl's varsity assistant coach in 2017 and the boy's junior varsity assistant coach in 2016. He was a four-time letterwinner as a standout player for St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Angie Oxley Behrens returns for her 23rd season at Creighton, and second as associate head coach. Behrens is the longest-tenured assistant coach in Creighton's Volleyball history and a key factor in the program's run of 11 consecutive regular-season BIG EAST titles and 13 straight trips to the NCAA Tournament. In 2019, Behrens was recognized as AVCA National Assistant Coach of the Year and was also part of the BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year after helping the Bluejays to a sixth straight league title. Behrens works closely with CU's outside hitters and servers while assisting with scouting and recruiting. Behrens also helps to organize Creighton's volleyball camps. Behrens has trained 12 outside hitters to a combined 26 all-conference honors, including 2024 Olympian Taryn Kloth, 2018 BIG EAST Player of the Year and four-time All-American Jaali Winters, 2019 BIG EAST Freshman of the Year Keeley Davis, 2022 BIG EAST Player of the Year Norah Sis and 2022 BIG EAST Freshman of the Year Ava Martin. Behrens has helped Creighton go 502-192 in her 22 seasons on the bench. A four-year starter at Nebraska, Behrens won three Big 12 titles, was named 1997 Big 12 Freshman of the Year and was chosen as the University's female student-athlete of the year in 2001 after leading the Cornhuskers to a 34-0 mark and a national title in 2000 as a senior. She closed her career as NU's all-time digs leader with 1,086.

Ashburn comes to Creighton after serving as an assistant coach with the Indy Ignite in the Pro Volleyball Federation. Indy led the PVF in kill percentage (.367) and assists per set (13.25), and she helped coach setter Sydney Hilley to single-season league-records with 1,277 assists and 11.30 assists per set. Hilley was recognized as Setter of the Year following the 2025 campaign. Ashburn was an assistant coach for Indy during its debut season in the PVF in the spring of 2025, helping the Ignite reach the championship match. Indy earned the No. 4 seed after posting 13 regular-season wins, where it then knocked off the top-seeded and defending champion Omaha Supernovas. A setter for the University of Wisconsin from 2019-23, Ashburn owns Badger career records for aces (187), matches played (151) and sets played (527). She was a two-time co-captain and led the Badgers in assists each of her final two seasons. Ashburn notched 19 career double-doubles, including a team-leading 13 as a fifth-year senior. Wisconsin thrived during her time, going a combined 132-19 and winning four Big Ten titles. The Badgers reached the Final Four in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2023, earning the program's first national title in 2021 with a 3-2 win over Nebraska that saw Ashburn serve a match-leading four aces.
