Assistant Coach
Elise Wong joined the Big Green in March of 2025. Wong is no stranger to the Ivy League as she was dominate player for Princeton from 2015-18. During her career with the Tigers, she was named to the All-Ivy Team all four seasons. Following her senior season, she was a finalist for the Honda Collegiate Women Sport Award while also being the NCAA Woman of the Year nominee for Princeton. The North Vancouver, Canada native is no stranger to the national stage as she joined the Canadian National Team in 2019. Wong has accumulated 87 international caps for Team Canada for both the National Field Hockey Team and National Indoor Field Hockey Team. Wong was named captain of the Canadian National Team in 2025 and has scored 14 goals in her playing career. She started her coaching career at the club level with Windy City Field Hockey in Chicago. She has also coached overseas in both Netherlands and Belgium. In 2020, she joined Vancouver Hawks FHC, from 2021-2023 she was the head coach of Hawks 6. Starting in 2023 she was named to the head coach of the Hawks 2 team. She is also heavily involved with the Canadian National Masters Teams. Julia Kincade
Kincade joins Dartmouth after a distinguished tenure with Brown University Athletics, where she most recently served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since June of 2023. During her time at Brown, she played a pivotal role in managing the business operations for one of the Ivy League's largest athletics programs. Over the past three years, Kincade spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives within Brown's business office, including implementing zero-based budgeting, and the comprehensive oversight of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Her collaborative approach helped streamline financial processes across 34 varsity sports and additional recreational units, ensuring a transparent and efficient resource management system. In her new role at Dartmouth, Kincade will oversee all financial functions within the department, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-term fiscal planning. Throughout her career, Kincade has demonstrated a commitment to fiscal responsibility and operational excellence. At Brown, she was responsible for overseeing the processing and reporting of all financial transactions, developing and managing the annual operating budget, and compiling the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) and NCAA reports. She served as a sport administrator for multiple teams, including men's and women's swimming and diving, field hockey, men's and women's tennis, and sailing. Olivia Indorf
Olivia Indorf joined Dartmouth in August of 2022, working primarily with cross country, men's and women's swim and dive, men's and women's track and field, and field hockey. Prior to her arrival in Hanover, Indorf worked in the same role at the University of New England for just under two years. She also worked at Springfield College, starting in January of 2019 as a strength and conditioning intern and a student assistant softball coach before moving into a strength and conditioning role supporting the football, men's lacrosse, diving, pole vault, javelin, jump, and multis student-athletes. She also worked as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the softball program. Indorf earned her bachelor's degree from Keene State College in 2018 before moving to Springfield College to earn her master's in sports and exercise science/strength conditioning in 2020.

Taurian Houston
Taurian Houston joined Dartmouth Athletics in April 2023 as the Executive Associate Athletics Director for Administration, marking his second tenure with the Big Green. In his current role, Houston provides strategic leadership and coordination across Dartmouth's 35 varsity sports programs. He leads the Sport Administration team and serves as a key liaison across all athletics department areas, including Business & Finance, External Strategy, and Human Resources. He has direct sport oversight of Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving, Baseball, and Softball. Additionally, Houston has administrative oversight of Compliance, Athletics Equipment and Travel Operations. He is a member of the Director of Athletics and Recreation's leadership team and assists with the department-wide strategic planning efforts. He steers the department's Camp and Clinic Committee, which has generated record revenue under his leadership, and plays a pivotal role in advancement initiatives and capital projects that enhance the student-athlete experience. Houston collaborates with several campus partners, including Integrity & Compliance, Safety and Security, Community Standards & Accountability and the Office of General Counsel.
