Lewis & Clark College Volleyball

Erin Labasan enters her 4th season as the head women's volleyball coach at Lewis & Clark College in the fall of 2025. Lewis & Clark is the third team nicknamed the Pioneers that Labasan has coached; her alma mater, Grinnell College, and Smith College are also known as the Pioneers. During an injury-plagued season, the Pioneers finished 2022 with a 2-19 overall record and a 1-15 mark in NWC play. Lewis & Clark's lone conference win was a 3-0 sweep of Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. The Pioneers won seven matches in 2023, including a 3-1 record in the Oregon Trail Classic, where they earned 3-0 sweeps over West Coast Baptist and Wells College, as well as a 3-1 win over McMurry University. Lewis & Clark doubled their NWC win total from the previous season with an exciting come-from-behind five-set victory on the road over Pacific University and a 3-1 win over Linfield University at home.
