Recruiting Correspondence: mtvolleyball@mtsu.edu Alexa Keckler enters her second season with Middle Tennessee after being named the 13th head coach in MTSU volleyball history in March of 2025. In her first year with the Blue Raiders, Keckler coached the 2025 squad to one of the best defensive seasons in school history. The team's 14.25 digs per set is the second best mark in a single season in the rally scoring era, just shy of the 14.26 figure set by the 2019 squad. Keckler coached Raegan Durbin to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team, and guided Caroline Macander to 16 double-doubles in her breakout season, the most by a Blue Raider in a single season in the rally scoring era. Keckler came to MTSU following seven years as the head coach at Lehigh, where she led the program to a 16-13 record in 2024 and a trip to the Patriot League Tournament. Lehigh upset No. 3 seed American in the quarterfinals for their first postseason win since 2014. In 2023, Keckler's squad began the season with an 8-3 record over their first 11 matches, including wins over BIG EAST opponents UConn and Villanova and a win at UConn's tournament in early September. Megan Schulte earned a spot on the first team All-Patriot League squad, while Madison McCartney was named to the Academic All-Patriot League team. The 2022 season saw Keckler's Mountain Hawks start hot, going 8-2 over their first 10 matches, including a tournament title at the season-opening FAU Invitational. Megan Schulte and Emily Stewart de

The season also saw Raegan Durbin make the Conference USA All-Freshman Team, and Caroline Macander record 16 double-doubles in her breakout season, the most by a Blue Raider in a single season in the rally scoring era. Hastings spent the previous three seasons at Belmont University. In 2023, the Bruins earned their first trip to the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament since joining the conference. In their conference tournament debut, Belmont secured their first postseason win since 2015 against Valparaiso to advance to the MVC Quarterfinals. The Bruins also collected their first power five win since 2014 and compiled their best record since 2017 during the 2023 campaign.
