Anderson Nance joined Providence College as an assistant strength and conditioning coach in December of 2016. In his current role, Nance is the head strength and conditioning coach for men's ice hockey and lacrosse and assists all athletes that lift in the Schneider Arena weight room. Before his career with the Friars, Nance worked for Brown University in the fall of 2016. Nance has interned for multiple programs, including Holy Cross (2015-16) and the Cleveland Browns (2015). He also worked full time for Mike Boyle's Strength and Conditioning in Woburn (2014). Nance attended the University of Rhode Island where he was a member of the football team. He graduated from URI with a Bachelor's Degree in kinesiology in 2011. Nance is on track to earn his Master of Education degree at Providence College in 2023. Nance is originally from Providence, R.I.

Equipment Manager - Schneider Arena
Andrew Zagorianako began his role at PC in September of 2015. In his role, he oversees the equipment needs for men's and women's ice hockey. Prior to PC, he worked as the assistant equipment manager at Boston College from 2012-15. Zagorianako graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2011. He has been the equipment manager for the 2014 US National 4-4-Nations, as well as the 2021 US Men's select U17 5-5-Nations and the 2023 US Men's select U18 Hlinka-Gretzky teams. Zagorianako is from Lincoln, Maine, and now resides in Rumford, RI, with his wife, Emily, their daughter, Eleanor, and their basset hound, Homer.

Head Coach Nate Leaman has announced the hiring of Joe Palmer to the staff as an assistant coach on Aug. 7, 2023. Palmer spent the previous four seasons (2019-23) as a goaltending & video coach with the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League. As a member of the Syracuse staff, Palmer was responsible for the coaching and management of all Syracuse Crunch and Orlando Solar Bear (ECHL) goalies in-season, as well as assisting in the goalie portion of Development Camp. Palmer also put together detailed pre-scouts on opposing team’s goaltender’s tendencies, weaknesses, puck handling and shootout strategy. His responsibilities as video coach included - cut-up all video of future opponents (special teams and 5-on-5 tendencies) for head coach and assistant coaches and put together detailed scouts of upcoming opponents and game-plan sheets to be sent out to the team. Prior to Syracuse, Palmer spent 2015-19 as the Director of Hockey Operations for the Cornell University men’s hockey program and also served as an assistant/goaltending coach for Hamilton College. Palmer is the founder and primary instructor of Syracuse-based Palmer Goalie Systems, where he provides personal instruction and video analysis to more than 30-area goaltenders who compete at the AAA, prep school, junior and college levels. As a player, Palmer was a two-time gold medalist with the United States at the IIHF Under-18 World Championship and was later named to the U.S. team at the World Junior Championship in

Joel Beal enters his sixth season at Providence College in 2024-25 and first as Associate Head Coach after being hired on Sept. 3, 2019. Beal works primarily with the Friars' penalty kill unit, the defensemen corps and assists on the recruiting trail. The penalty kill units have finished in the top-20 in each of Beal's first five seasons at Providence. Beal spent the 2018-19 season at Miami University where he was involved with the RedHawks’ recruiting efforts and on-ice development. Prior to Miami he spent five seasons, two as an associate head coach, with the Sacred Heart men’s hockey program where worked in all elements of player development. The Brantford, Ont. native returned to his alma mater, Union College, for two seasons from 2011-13 as an assistant coach where he helped guide the Dutchmen to an ECAC title and NCAA Regional Final appearance in 2012-13. Before joining the Union staff, Beal served as the assistant coach of the Varsity Prep League team at Albany Academy. Beal led recruiting efforts and worked with the forwards and power play units on a daily basis. He also helped monitor the off-season and pre-season training regimen and coordinated in-season video work. Beal also served as the Head Coach of the Troy Albany Youth Hockey Minor Midget AAA team. A four-year letterman for the Dutchmen from 2001-05, Beal served as an alternate captain his final two season under then Head Coach Nate Leaman where he amassed 27 goals and 74 assists in 135 career games.

General Manager & Director of Hockey Operations
Theresa Feaster '14 & '16G, a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Providence College with a B.A. in History and a Business Studies Certificate, is entering her 13th season with the Friars and first as a the General Manager & Director of Hockey Operations. Since being named Coordinator of Hockey Operations in 2016, Feaster has been responsible for providing video/statistical support and analysis for the coaching staff, scouting, as well as overseeing team travel. Feaster began working for Nate Leaman and his staff during the 2012-13 season, tracking time-on-ice and other in-game statistics while also serving as coordinator of the team's involvement with Team IMPACT. Feaster has been a key part of six NCAA Tournament appearances, two Frozen Four berths and one national championship during her time at Providence College. She also served as video coach for the 2021 Gold Medal-winning U.S. National Junior Team at the IIHF World Junior Championship as well as the U.S. National Junior Team at the 2022 World Junior Championship. Feaster grew up in Hershey, Pa. and Tampa, Fla.
